We had our First bites of the tacos from Muchos Locos @muchoslocosbar located up in the alley of Hurts Yard last night. I have been meaning to check them out for ages so once again find myself well behind the masses.

Never mind though we were here now and that was all that mattered as I was getting my taco on

I ordered the Beef Birra Tacos for £11.40 but then at the last minute upgraded for the offer with a beer which ended up being £14.10.

The Taco was listed as being ‘Beef rib, Cheddar cheese, Fresh pineapple pico de gallo, chilli infused beef consume’ and you get two per portion

I loved the shredded beef and the flavours of the consume which I used to dip my taco into in between bites and also could not resist drinking the remnants from the cup once all the tacos had been devoured

The pico de gallo was crunchy and added a nice bit of freshness and some crunch. I squeezed the lime juice over the top and the extra acidity and tang was a great addition to each bite

All in all I found it to be an excellent taco combination, packed with flavour, and really enjoyable to eat.

The only downside was that when the tray arrived I thought it was all mine and not two portions as me and my mate both ordered the same thing. So I was still a bit hungry 😢

This place was a bit more expensive than I hoped but probably worth it for the quality and taste. I would like to try more but the other options were Halloumi and Mushroom neither of which are floating my boat just at the moment

Happy to eat more of the beef Birra though. Still thinking about it now as I write 😎😍
